RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Online System Repairs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are instantaneous over the telephone, contact only the internet sales manager to ensure an instant cancellation. Any cancellations advised by email must allow 48 hours (excludes non working days) for email processing and cancelling. Goods already shipped before a cancellation request is processed (within 48 hours for email or before advised by telephone) can be recalled/returned however courier charges cannot be refunded. Please provide (via email ONLY) your account and bsb details for all prepaid refunds.
MISSED DELIVERIES & REDELIVERIES
At the time of ordering it is possible to change the address to which an order is dispatched. Once an order is on its way our system will email you with the courier name and tracking number. If no one is present at the point of delivery the courier will leave a calling card so you may contact the courier for redelivery or pickup at the depot. If a consignment is returned to us undelivered and requires redelivery OR in the case where the courier requires further payment for a redelivery, Online System Repairs cannot be responsible for covering these additional charges, and any used freight charges are not refundable.

- Australia Post covers any areas Couriers Please cannot reach, any delivery addresses which are RMB or PO Box numbers & express satchel deliveries for small parts. There are size limitations on Australia Post orders and some bulky items may not be available, please contact us directly or alternatively contact Australia Post to find dimension and weight availability.
For bulky items please contact Online System Repairs to ensure that freight of your items is possible, in some cases we can arrange alternative delivery or alternatively store pickup is available.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
All items purchased from the Online System Repairs store or purchased through the Online System Repairs office are governed by a strict Returns & Refund policy. At no stage will Online System Repairs return or refund products based on the following: Customer change of mind, Miss-use, Accidental Breakage or any other reason not relating to product failure or the product not performing to its manufacturer’s explanations & specifications.
Refunds will only be given in the event that the product can be proven faulty and that there is no suitable replacement item available.
