On Line System Repairs has been established since 1991 with direct involvement in Electronic PCB repairs, PC maintenance / Networking, Photocopiers, Facsimile Machines and Dictation Machines. In 1992, On Line System Repairs formed a commitment with Lanier ( a subsidiary of Ricoh) which provided us with a strong partner provider for quality office equipment; this partnership has proved to be a strong one. In September 2015, On Line System Repairs recommitted our partnership with Ricoh to become the sole AUTHORISED DEALER for RICOH in the Ballarat Region. Our supplier name changed from Lanier to Ricoh, but the product remains identical which is important to us and our clients. We have extensive product knowledge on these products and confidence in their high quality and unsurpassed reliability.

WHO WE ARE

On Line System Repairs (Vic) Pty Ltd is a Ballarat based company. We sell the complete range of Ricoh & Lanier office products; including Digital Photocopiers, Facsimile Machines, Multifunctional Devices, Printers, projectors and Interactive Communication Systems.  We also supply most makes of Photocopier Toner and Laser Printer toners at very competitive prices. Professional service and repairs to all makes and models of office machinery can be performed within Ballarat and the surrounding areas. We service an area within 100km of Ballarat and are part of an extensive Dealer Network which can provide service to almost all areas of Australia.  We service equipment either on-site or at our workshop in Wendouree.  Our technicians have been factory trained on the Ricoh Lanier products and have extensive technical knowledge within our industry.
